Climate Change
Climate Change does not only affect 1 part of the world. It affects the entire world, however, some parts may experience it worse than others. For example, some countries are already starting to experience the changes in weather.
It is clear that climate change has already begun, because in Toronto, we have been having more precipitation, rather than snow in the winter months so far. More precipitaion is one of the many consequences of Climate Change.

FIG-3
Just recently, an article about climate change and Russia has been released. Russia is experiencing many effects of climate change, such as loss of water, dropping sea levels, warmer tempertaures, and most importantly, out-of-control fires. Even though the emission of greenhouse gases has not increased, the car emissions still are. Half of Russia's auto transport still consists of vehicles with polluting engines.
